Dr. W. Michael Spurlock is a 1985 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri. He completed a three year Chiropractic Neurology program and has advanced training in orthopedics, diagnostic imaging (MRI and CT scans) as well as rehabilitation. He is certified in Permanent Impairment Rating and has been a previous member of the American Chiropractic Association, Kentucky Association of Chiropractors, ACA Councils on Diagnostic Imaging, Rehabilitation and Neurology. He has also served as a community based faculty member for the University of Kentucky School of Medicine. Dr. Spurlock is the founder of Spurlock Chiropractic Centre and Kentucky Pain Institute.
